Is it possible to place a rush order?

Yes, we may prioritize your order and ship it by express delivery at an extra fee. Since all our custom made neon signs are made to order, it takes us around 10-12 days to deliver your rush order. You can request a priority order during the checkout process.

What are the little markings on my sign?

Because our neon signs are handcrafted, there may be little blemishes on the acrylic or glue marks where the PVC tube is joined to the acrylic. In the few cases where the markings are visible, they are always small and unnoticeable when the sign is turned on. 

Is the neon sign buzzing?

Nope! Neon signs don't buzz like bees. 

How can I ensure that I place my neon sign safely and securely?

Even though the weight of our high-quality neon signs is modest, we propose that you have 1 or 2 people assist you so that it does not fall. Furthermore, please check that the neon sign is properly secured before plugging it in and utilizing it.

Is it possible to have high-quality LED neon signs without the cords?

Our signs have a thin, transparent wire that is used to power the neon sign. Several customers have concealed them by hardwiring the wire into the wall with the assistance of an electrician.
